Alchemy Code Lab
Diversity in Tech Scholarship
Alchemy Code Lab supports diversity in tech and believes that a varied collection of perspectives creates more opportunities for everyone.
With our in-house Diversity in Tech Scholarship, we hope to remove barriers and provide opportunities for women, veterans, LGBTQIA+, and students from racial and ethnic backgrounds that are traditionally underrepresented in tech. Scholarships are typically 5-10% of the total cost of tuition.
Applicants must be successfully admitted prior to being awarded a scholarship. Awards are based on degree of barrier and need within available tuition funding.These are typically 5-10% towards tuition.

WWCode Portland
5K Scholarship
We've partnered with Women Who Code Portland to offer two $5k scholarships to women ready to drive real impact in the tech industry!
The scholarship is awarded quarterly to two women per cohort who are self starters, forward-facing, and engaged in the community. Winners must first apply and obtain acceptance into Alchemy Code Lab’s program.
Please indicate your interest in this scholarship on your program application. Applicants must be admitted in the program to qualify for this scholarship. Awards are announced one month prior to each cohort's first course.
Lesbians Who Tech
Edie Windsor Coding
4K Scholarship
As an approved partner school with Lesbians Who Tech, the Edie Windsor Coding Scholarship is for new gender nonconforming & LGBTQ women to kickstart careers in technology! This scholarship is offered only once per year with applications open in the spring and winners notified in summer.
Eligible winners must be accepted into Alchemy Code Lab's school program and be able to begin their studies within 6 months of notification in the same year awarded (June-Dec).
Winners are selected to receive 50% towards Bootcamp tuition, valued at 4k. Students are welcome to apply for the Diversity in Tech Scholarship for Career Track tuition support separately.
