As they only Portland code school specializing in mid entry level placements, we're both proud of our students' success and committed to transparency on our employment data.
The primary goal of this placement reporting standard is to report job placement data in a way that will be most helpful for a prospective student, to help them understand how likely is it that they’ll get an opportunity to gain employment as a result of participation in our training.
This standard, which follows Code Fellows Job Placement Reporting Standard, relies on the following terms and definitions:
- In-Field: employment that would not likely otherwise be obtained without relevant training offered by the institution.
- Graduate: a student who completes the program successfully gains a certification.
- Job Seeker: graduates who have gotten a job or who report they’ve been seeking for at least six months, or students who left prior to graduation and got a job In-Field.
- Non-Seeking/Non-Reporting: graduates who have reported they are not seeking, or whose job seeking status is unknown.
